Cryogenic treatment

Cryogenic treatment: in the heat treatment link, the treatment method of further cooling the material to - 100 ~ - 196 ℃  is called cryogenic treatment.

Advantages: it can reduce the content of retained austenite, promote carbide precipitation, eliminate residual stress and refine microstructure to improve the macro properties such as hardness, strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability and toughness of materials, so as to improve the quality, service life and comprehensive properties of products.
